Interface IQ

The problem

Interface IQ was an established enterprise platform with solid structure but a pale, brownish-blue palette that read as flat and dated. The color system undercut the product rather than supporting it, and inconsistent application made it hard to maintain.

What I did

I redesigned the color palette and rebuilt it as a Figma variable system applied across the interface. The new direction is high-tech and electric — sharper, higher contrast, more current. I deliberately kept the existing component structure intact so the change was a reskin, not a rebuild, which kept it realistic to ship.

The outcome

A more visually cohesive product, and a variable-driven color system the team can update in one place instead of screen by screen.
