Overview
A UX capstone partnership with Michigan Medicine to overhaul their Interpreter Services SharePoint platform. The goal was to improve how staff access critical resources, interpreter requests, and translated materials, in time-sensitive healthcare environments. Through surveys, interviews, and card sorting we uncovered unclear navigation, inconsistent labeling, and low platform awareness. The redesign prioritizes task-based navigation, stronger visual hierarchy, and an accessible experience tailored to clinical workflows.
