The problem

Urban parking is frustrating in a specific way: the space exists, you just can't find it fast enough. Drivers waste time circling while comparing price, availability, and whether EV charging is even an option.

What I did

User interviews surfaced three consistent pain points — finding open spots quickly, understanding pricing at a glance, and knowing whether charging was available. I designed a map-based search with availability indicators and a streamlined reservation flow. The core tension was information density: the map had to carry price, availability, and charging status without becoming unreadable, so I iterated on the hierarchy until it held.

The outcome

A booking flow that gets a driver from search to confirmed reservation in as few steps as possible.
